The Zavos Cardea Private Medical Resort will be an exclusive medical resort destination in the city of Limassol and will be located near the General Hospital of Limassol. The project will be built in a green field area of 60,000 sqm and its location will allow residents to be in a secluded area while being a 10-minute drive from the city centre and 5-minutes from the A1 highway.

The project will include an 8,700 sqm Rehabilitation Centre with 100 double-bed rooms along with spa and therapy facilities. A clubhouse will also be available on-site that will offer dining and recreational facilities as well as a pharmacy and a shopping area.

 

A research centre is also planned to be built that will be run by an internationally acclaimed institution.

Residences will include 134 apartments available in 1 ½ and 2 ½ -bedroom layouts, nineteen bungalows and forty-two two-storey villas. All apartments will have private parking and private garden, or veranda based on the apartment’s floor.

 

Villas and bungalows will also feature private parking and extensive gardens. An autonomous hotel of forty-two double-bed rooms will also be available on-site.
