The Continent Resort will be an integrated business and residential resort in Paphos in the area of Agios Georgios, Pegeia. It will comprise 250 residential villas available in six styles: Aphrodite, Artemis, Athena, Era, Zeus, Apollo. The total resort area will be 3,024,000 sqm.

The Content Resort will include 5-star gated residences, a hotel and spa with sauna and a fitness centre, an organised tourist village with restaurants and taverns, a shopping centre with recreational, cultural and leisure activities, communal swimming pools, a nightclub and  Life Sciences Technology park that will offer a medical centre.

Villas will be either one or two-storeys. They will offer 3-bedroom layouts with a private pool and sea views. Residents will be able to enjoy several amenities including 24-hour food delivery service from the resort’s restaurants to their villas.

 

Several sports activities will also be available to residents, such as sailing, fishing, horseback riding, squash, tennis and golf.

The Resort is located at an estate which is 350 metres north of the main tourist road of Pafos – Coral Bay – Agios Georgios, 1450 metres from the sea, 2 kilometres from the Agios Georgios fishing harbour, 2 kilometres from Coral Bay Beach, 1 kilometre from the pine forest Pikni, 3 kilometres from the planned Pafos Marina, 13 kilometres from Pafos, and 25 kilometres from Pafos’ international airport.

 

The Continent Resort’s specifications include 3-bedroom villas with either 1 or 2 storeys:
