The Icon is a residential tower that comprises 54 residences on eighteen floors that include apartments and penthouses. The apartments are offered in 2 and 3-bedroom layouts while the penthouses also offer 3-bedroom layouts.

The Icon is located in Limassol city’s tourist area of Germasogia and is a 5-minute drive from the city centre. The A1 highway is also a 10-minute drive away while the Limassol Marina takes a drive of 15 minutes.

The Icon also provides residents with a secured gated entrance, a 24-hour reception, 24-hour concierge services, room service, housekeeping, dry cleaning services and tailoring services.
