The Sky Tower is a high-rise tower project in the Germasogeia area of Limassol. It comprises a 23-storey residential tower that offers one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, penthouses and duplexes.

​

There are 89 residential units that consist of 84 apartments, 3 duplex apartments and 2 penthouses. All apartments offer high ceilings and verandas, while the two top floor penthouses include private roof terraces with private pools.

​

Facilities for residents include a spa, a communal outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, a gym, a tennis court and underground parking. Sky Tower also provides concierge services for all residents.

​

Its location allows residents to be 300 metres away from the area’s sandy beaches. Additionally, Sky Tower is a 40-50-minute drive from both the island’s international airports and a 10-minute drive from the A1 highway.

The tower is a 5-minute walk from Limassol’s tourist area with many options for bars, restaurants and clubs such as Guaba Beach bar, the seventeenth best club in the world, and Breeze Summer club which is also one of the island’s best summer clubs.
