The Santa Barbara Hills Park is a resort in Ayia Varvara Village, Paphos. The development will be constructed in three phases as it still has pending licences from the Cyprus Tourist Organisation. 

 

The Resort will comprise a 5-star hotel resort of 170 rooms, a residential development of up to 1000 properties for sale, a sports centre and multi-theme park and a rehabilitation centre.

The total of 1000 properties will be built, comprising 201 villas, 212 suites and town houses that will be serviced by the hotel and up to 584 residential apartments in an area of 500,000 sqm.

 

Phase A will include 123 villas for residents. The rehabilitation centre will also offer senior residents an additional 400 twin rooms.

Facilities for residents will be spread out throughout the resort’s mixed-use development. The Sports Centre and Multi-Theme Park will offer a kindergarten, a spa, gym, an outdoor theatre for up to 150 people, a tennis court, a volleyball court, a basketball court, horse riding, 350 parking spaces, four restaurants and four communal swimming pools.

 

Additionally, the multi-theme park will include museums with several themes around the history and culture of Cyprus.

The Rehabilitation Centre will include specialised retirement home apartments, a geriatric clinic, three retirement centres, recovery and healing facilities, a restaurant and indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

The Resort is located a 20-minute drive from the Paphos city centre, the Paphos International Airport and from the nearest sandy beach.
