Minthis Hills is a residential complex in Tsada, Paphos. It comprises villas and semi-detached apartments which are located on or near the Minthis golf resort for convenient access to the Minthis Golf Course.

​

The Minthis Golf Course is one of the four premium golf courses currently operating in Cyprus. It is located approximately 25 minutes from downtown Paphos.

​

Donald Steel, a renowned golf course architect, designed the Minthis Golf Course in 1994. The Course was later renovated by Mackenzie & Ebert. The Golf Course has 18 holes and is 5,477 metres long. A Clubhouse is available, with a Pro Shop, restaurant, and bar with terrace.

​

The residential expansion at Minthis has followed two phases, with more planned. Phase 1 saw the construction of golf residences in two areas of the development. Phase 2 saw the construction of a “Plateia”, a central plaza, which included a spa and fitness centre.

​

The Minthis Hills Residences offer customisable home designs. They allow the buyer to customise their home by adding rooms that can include gyms, saunas, guest houses and wine cellars.

​

Minthis Hills Golf Villas are made up of two villa styles, the Hesperides and the Aura. These two styles are available in two-and three-bedroom villas and are situated at the highest point of the resort.

​

Minthis Hills Suites is a collection of two-bedroom ground- and first floor apartments. These apartments are located near the Plateia, the Wellness Spa and Clubhouse and are positioned around a communal pool.

​

There are three types of golf residences available for sale at Minthis Hills:

​

• Golf Villas: These have a minimum of 3 bedrooms and start at 260 sqm floor area

• Golf Semi-Detached Houses: These are villa-style residences with a minimum of 2 bedrooms and start at 135 sqm floor area

• Golf Apartments: these are apartment-style, 2-bedroom units starting from 100 sqm floor area
