The Mediterranean Residences is a high-rise tower of 14-floors that comprises fifteen residences in the Ayios Tychonas area of Limassol and is adjacent to the premises of the 4-star Mediterranean Beach Hotel.

 

Residences. include apartments in 1, 3 and 4-bedroom layouts as well as a duplex penthouse that offers a private rooftop pool. All apartments offer an en-suite master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies.

 

It is important to state that the building is located on the seaside, at a blue-flag awarded beach, and offers residents clear sea views. Alexandros N. Tombazis and Associates Architects S.A. are responsible for the tower’s design.

Facilities for residents will include underground parking, storage space, a lobby and a secured gated entrance. Residents also have access to all the hotel’s facilities which include a spa, a gym, sauna and steam rooms, a tennis court as well as all the hotel’s bars and restaurants.

​

The hotel also offers residents the opportunity to rent out their apartments for use as hotel suites when they are away on holiday or not using them.

​

The tower’s location allows residents to be a 50-minute drive from Paphos International airport and 40-minutes from Larnaca International airport. The city centre is also a 10-minute drive from the A1 highway.
