The Limni Bay project will be located in the Polis Chrysochous area of Paphos. It will feature a 5-star beach hotel and a range of premium residential properties.

 

It will offer residents golf properties built around two 18-hole golf courses. There will be a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and a Gary Player Signature Golf Course.

The project will offer many facilities including a wellness centre, one clubhouse for each golf course, an area for shopping and arcade, community sports facilities, a museum highlighting the area’s history, a chapel for weddings and other religious ceremonies and cycling and walking paths. British international studio Foster + Partners will design the entire project.
