The Limassol Marina is located on the south coast of Cyprus, it extends to 40,000 sqm and includes 74 Villas and 162 apartments. It provides buyers with 650 positions for yachts ranging from 8 to 115 meters. The marina is operated and managed by world-renowned Camper & Nicholson Marinas in partnership with Francoudi & Stephanou Marinas.

The Limassol Marina offers a large number of restaurants, cafes and bars as well as retail shops, a gym and a spa. A cultural centre, Trakasol, is also located on-site and hosts conferences, parties and weddings.

 It is located on the Limassol coastline promenade and is a 10-minute walk from the Limassol centre and the Limassol Castle. Saripolou Square, the city’s most popular nightlife destination, is a 15-min walk from the marina. Moreover, residents are a 40-50-minute drive from both the island’s international airports in Paphos and Larnaca. The properties offered are the Castle Residences and the Island Villas.

They are located on a private artificial island, accessed by a bridge, steps away from the beach, in close proximity to the development’s dining, shopping and leisure facilities.
