Limassol Hills Golf Resort

The Limassol Hills Golf Resort offers golf residences that include apartments, semi-detached houses and a boutique hotel of thirty suites. It is located in the Vasa village of Limassol and offers residents facilities and amenities based on a 150,000 sqm resort.

The resort is planning on offering an 18-hole golf course with an associated club house as well as a resort village that will comprise 135 semi-detached houses and 121 apartments. 520 land plots are also offered for the construction of a variety of villas from 180 sqm to 400 sqm. SAOTA, an international firm of architects, is responsible for the architectural concept.

The resort’s location allows residents to be a 40-minute drive from Larnaca International airport, 60-minutes from Paphos International airport and 30-minutes from the Limassol Marina.

The apartments are available in 2 and 3-bedroom layouts, there are seventy-five 2-bedroom apartments and fourty-five 3-bedroom apartments. The semi-detached houses are available in 2 and 3-bedroom layouts, there are a total of 256 houses planned to be developed. Villas will be available in 3, 4 and 5-bedroom layouts, there will be a total of 776 villas upon the project’s completion.

The resort village will offer residents a spa and fitness centre, restaurants and bars, wedding venues, cafes, retail stores and a panoramic restaurant located at the highest point of the site.

Amenities for residents include concierge services, housekeeping, food services and entertainment and leisure components.
