Status: Under Development

The Limassol Greens Golf Resort is a project under development from the Lanitis group, which is one of the largest business organisations in Cyprus. The company has extensive experience in the construction industry through its subsidiary company Cybarco. The resort will be in the Fasouri area of Limassol city where the company owns a significant amount of land.

​

The project will comprise 495 villas and 233 apartments that will be designed by American multinational engineering firm AECOM/EDAW. American Cabell Robinson will be responsible for the design of the 18-hole golf course.

 

The resort’s facilities will also include retail shops, restaurants and bars, a convenience store and a wellness and sports centre. The wellness and sports centre will provide residents with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa and fitness facilities, tennis courts and squash courts.

The location of the resort will allow residents to be a few minutes away from the upcoming first Casino Resort in Cyprus. Additionally, residents will be a 10-15-minute drive from both the Limassol Marina and the Limassol port and 50-60 minutes away from both the island’s international airports. The city centre is also a 15-20-minute drive from the resort.
