The Larnaca Tower is a two-tower project consisting of a 30-floor mixed-use development and a 10-floor residential hotel. It will be located on the Phinikoudes Beach boulevard and is 250 metres from the Larnaca Marina.

​

The 30-storey tower will be 112 meters in height and will comprise residential apartments, office spaces, a gym, a wellness centre with two swimming pools, two-floor underground parking with 440 parking spaces, a conference and events room, retail spaces and bars and restaurants.

​

There will be 148 residential apartments and 3 penthouse apartments.

​

The 10-storey hotel will be a 60,000 sqm development and will have 100 rooms and will include two swimming pools, a gym and a spa.

​

The Tower’s location will allow residents to be in the heart of Larnaca’s nightlife as Phinikoudes boulevard provides a large number of options for restuarants, bars and clubs.

 

Additionally, it is a 15-minute drive from Larnaca International airport, while the motorway that links Larnaca to Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia is a 10-minute drive away.

Ayia Napa and Protaras are both a 40-minute drive away and provide further options for leisure and entertainment during the summer season.
