I100 Highrise Apartments is a twenty-five-floor tower and comprises thirty-seven apartments, duplexes and penthouses, single and double-height, with the two penthouses having private roof gardens on levels 21, 22 and 23.

 

The tower is 100 metres high and will be the highest residential building in the Germasogeia area. Residents will have to walk a few minutes and cross Georgiou A seaside road to get to the beach.
