Eden City Paphos

The Peninsula Resort is a 250 hectares project which will be located between the city of Pafos and Pafos International airport. It will offer hotel apartments within a fourteen-storey 5-star hotel and a total of 122 studios and apartments divided into two eleven-floor residential towers.

The resort’s two towers, Aquamarine and Amethyst, will comprise studios, 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and two penthouses on the top floors. Each tower will have its own swimming pool and facilities.

The resort’s facilities available for residents include an event centre for both weddings and conferences, a health centre which will offer a range of medical treatments and a seaside spa.

The premises are planned to include retail shops, restaurants and a beach club.

The Peninsula Resort is part of the Eden City Cyprus project for which the negotiation process is pending with the state.
