Sofitel Hotel Resort & Residences will be a resort that will consist of a 5-star hotel and two residential towers in the Pyrgos area of Limassol. It will be located near the newly built Parklane hotel and the St. Raphael Resort and Marina. The project will fall under the wing of a consortium between Oxley Holdings with Planetvision Properties.

The hotel will offer 250 rooms while the two residential towers will be built with 105 apartments each and will be 20 and 22 floors high. The project will span across 100,000 square metres.

The 5-star hotel’s facilities will include a spa, a gym, lounge areas, swimming pools, a ballroom, a business centre and function and event spaces. Guests staying in suites will have exclusive access to the Club Millésime executive lounge which provides additional services to members.

​

The residential towers’ facilities include a gym, lounge areas, swimming pools, a kids playground and gardens with BBQ areas. Residents can enjoy amenities such as housekeeping, room service, laundry services and concierge services.

​

Additionally, they will have Platinum Membership at Le Club AccorHotels which provides VIP status and privileges in more than 4.000 hotels owned by AccorHotels around the world.

 

The project is expected to be completed by 2022.
