Cedars Oasis will be a 16-storey mixed-use development for retail, office and high-end residential space, and will be built around direct pedestrian routes. It will be located on the prestigious Makariou III Avenue in Limassol on the site of the former Tritofidis clinic.

This places Cedars Oasis in the city centre on the commercial and offshore banking hubs intersection, with the seafront promenade and the historic part of Limassol being 5 minutes away.

The 6,000 sqm project is designed by GMH2 Architects LLC and will be constructed in two phases. The ground floor will be used for retail shops and outdoor areas, while there will be two underground parking levels with seventy-seven parking spaces.

Offices will occupy six floors and there will be eight floors for residential units. There will be a total of twelve apartments, eleven offices and two penthouse apartments. An additional car park of twenty parking spaces will be available for the public.
