The Anesis Wellness Residences is an 8-storey residential project in the Germasogeia area of Limassol. It will offer one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as a three-bedroom penthouse apartment on the eighth floor.

Facilities for residents will include a gym, sauna, a swimming pool, sun-terrace, lobby, a pool-side bar, private parking and a BBQ area. All common areas are also secured through electronic access control. All apartments come with a veranda and storage facilities for residents.

The project’s location allows residents to be a 2-minute drive from the nearest beach, a 15-minute drive from the Limassol Marina and a 40-50 minute drive from both the island’s international airports. Limassol’s tourist area is additionally a 5-minute drive from the Residences and offers many options for bars, restaurants and clubs.

 

For further options in both nightlife and dining, Limassol’s public bus service runs the entire length of Limassol’s coastline and can be easily accessed by driving down to the beach.
