The Address by the Sea Limassol

The Address by the Sea is a high-rise tower project in the Molos area of Limassol. This 11-storey residential project will offer residents seaside and high city-views of Limassol while being right across from the beach.

The area also allows residents to be in the centre of Limassol’s shopping and business hub with many necessities available within walking distance.

The project will offer a total of 28 residences in two and three-bedroom apartment layouts as well as two penthouses in a three-bedroom layout on the tower’s top floor. All apartments will provide balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and en-suite master bedrooms. The penthouses will additionally provide private pools, jacuzzi baths and roof gardens.

The Address by the Sea’s facilities will include a communal swimming pool, a sundeck, gym, tennis courts and a lobby. The project also offers residents covered parking and basement storage facilities.

The project’s location allows residents to be 10-minute drive away from both the city centre and the city’s tourist area. The Limassol Zoo is a few minutes’ walk away and Limassol’s public bus service runs the entire length of Limassol’s coastline and provides residents with a big variety of cafes, beach bars and restaurants.
