The 360 will be Nicosia’s tallest landmark with a height of 135 metres and 34 floors in total. Its name originates from the fact that it will offer 360° panoramic views of Nicosia. It is located on Makarios III Avenue which is one of Nicosia’s most central areas and avenues. Upon completion it will sit on a new pedestrian plaza that will offer extensive shopping and cycling and walking paths.

The apartments will occupy twenty-seven floors of the building and will be available in 1, 2 and 3-bedroom layouts. Even though the plan is to include four or five apartments per floor, this is likely to change due to the management offering residents custom-designed living spaces that could also change the bedroom number per apartment.

 

There is a total of twenty-five apartments available for residents to choose from.

360’s facilities include a resident’s private wellness club located on the 10th floor with a swimming pool, sundeck, gym and spa facilities. Moreover, a club and restaurant is located on the 33rd and 34th floors that will offer residents a panoramic sky view of Nicosia.

360 will offer residents CCTV security, secured entrance, 24-hour concierge services, security for common areas, housekeeping, room service, catering, underground parking and storage units for each apartment.

• 2-bedroom apartments from 90 sqm

• 3-bedroom apartments from 150 sqm
